Registration for our Fall 2021-2022 Season is Open for new students! The new Semester begins September 13 and we are pleased to offer several new program additions to our Children, Student and Adult Curriculum. Early registration is recommended as all classes are intentionally small in size to give every student individual attention.

The Conservatory will continue to follow safety guidelines to protect our youngest dancers who are not eligible for vaccinations and for those who choose not to be vaccinated. To review our COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures you can click on the COVID-19 Protocols and Procedure page in the drop down menu to the left. All new students will be provided the booklet upon registration. For those uncomfortable sending their dancers into the school for in person training, Zoom classes are available.

To Register or for more information you may call the school at (412) 877-0046, through the Contact Us Tab in the drop down menu or by email misskimswb@gmail.com

Added to our Children's Ballet Program is the First Steps Ballet Class. Designed for children ages 5-8 who have never tried a ballet class. This hour class includes exploring movement, emotions and music as well as the basic position and foundations of ballet. The dancers also begin learning about the stories of Ballet, It's a wonderful exploration into the world of Ballet for all budding ballerinas!

"From the Beginning" Adult Ballet class is a new addition to our popular Adult Program. This class is specific for all of the "I've always wanted to take a ballet class but couldn't find a class perfect for me" dancers. "From the Beginning" is exactly where we start. The 90 minute beginner class includes classical Barre and Center work and takes step by step through correct Body placement, the muscles you need to achieve that all important placement and how to maintain it as we move into more challenging movement. This class is also a good starting place for dancers who are starting back to class after injury or those who are starting back to ballet after time away from the barre. It's never too late to unleash your inner ballerina and now you can do it in a class of new ballerinas!
